DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CAT HERE .The opening times are ridiculous and not flexible. We arrived home 2 hours after closing and they would not release the cat to us. The following day they were closed and would still not release the cat to us. After phoning they told us the cat was unwell. They still wouldn't release the cat. The owner is very unhelpful and rude, with a lack of compassion. Please steer clear of this cattery. They lack the customer service and are not interested in the well being of your cat and owner. They want your money and will con you to get more. I recommend a cat sitter instead.Edited since proprietors response:I'm not disappointed with the opening times. I'm disappointed with the customer service received. I would advise others to take my advice and keep clear. The proprietors live next door to the cattery and it would take a matter of minutes to release the cat and pay money due.
