rude staff and long queues...
Staff can be unfriendly and abrupt at times.Occasionally very long queues due to insufficient staff serving customers.Unfortunately the other local POs are not authorised to handle all transactions so you're forced to come here.Avoid if possible.
Obnoxious, unhelpful and rude. Should be sent on a course on how to deal with the public.
Always waiting ages in here! Staff are quite blunt and obnoxious unless you know them when they stand chatting for ages and they NEVER answer the phone.... I use post office further up town.
