Had two sets of French windows installed by Alpha Plus and could not have been happier with the results. Very professional and personable service from start to finish, and a top quality product. The fitters were superb and the windows look fantastic. We haven't lived in the area long and have had huge difficulties finding reputable workmen for just about anything, but the exception has been Alpha Plus. Can't recommend the company highly enough.
Alpha Plus removed an old leaking flat polycarbonate tri-walled roof conservatory built on a dwarf wall. It was replaced by an outstanding quality Ultraframe double glazed Victorian Roof peaked conservatory on the same dwarf wall. The owner/salesman Alan Paul did an excellent job explaining all the benifits and advantages of their particular make and design of conservatory, who and where it was made, plus using an experienced small local firm which included a 10 year guarantee backed by Consumer Protection Association. All this was supported with an instant CAD picture of the proposed build at a competitive "no haggle" price.Apart from a very minor change imposed by the manufacturer relating to the position of the roof vent - everything was as planned. The delivery, timing and build duration were all as promised and efficiently carried out in what was at times inclement weather and short days - which meant some work was done in very poor light.Although there was a problem with both the manufacturer suppling a wrong component and one of the fitters incorrectly fitting some others - all faults were subsequently remedied. Overall we are very pleased with the final result and hope to enjoy many years in "the best room in the house" - without having to use the guarantee! We would have no hesitation in highly recommending this local family firm who understand that "quality counts" and who do try to "get it right - first time"!

Your workmen were all courteous and efficient, leaving the worksite tidy and clean each day. The house and conservatory are now draft free even during the recent wind storms. The initial consultation was the best we had received; no hard sale, calling of managers to lower prices and pressure to 'buy by midnight' or lose some arbitrary discount. Couldn't fault any of their team from those we dealt with in their office to those who came to carry out the job. All were professional and friendly throughout the process.
